Yay for Sesame Street's 40th Birthday!
In celebration, I though I'd link you up to a few (who am I kidding, way too many) of my favorite Sesame Street sketches. Here they are in no particular order. Enjoy!!

Sesame Street was a huge influence in my life, which kinda makes my parents sound a little neglectful, doesn't it?
Those are some of my favs too- and some I've never seen before.
I also love the typewriter and the aliens "yep, yep' yep, yep, uh-huh, uh-huh". Oh- and that piano guy that bangs his head on the keys and says "I'll never get it, NEV-AH!"
How could I forget the typewriter!! I might have to go back and add that one! We recently found some Don Music segments to watch when my daughter was complaining that she'd never, never, never get her math. ;)
I remember some of these. How fun. You've got to love Sesame Street!
Oh my...thank you for a trip down memory lane!! I don't think I ever realized just how awesome Sesame Street really was until I was an adult with children of my own.
